BooksI'm not just talking good old chick lit here, but actual books to help you being more mindful. I picked three or my favorite ones for you. And if you read them while sitting on a dock at the lake like I did on the first picture, that adds to having a relaxed mind and body. I promise :)
Nothing beats a good read while soaking up that sunlight and some fresh fresh air!
Book number one is: The Mindful Life Journal. It was a great way to start my "mindfulness journey" as it gives you step by step instructions to knock down the barriers between you and a happier life.

Book number two is: The Big Book of Less! Marie Kondo showed us that clutter means stress. During the past couple of months I went through my apartment and started kicking out stuff and organizing. I brought loads and loads to our local Salvation Army, and started selling on Mercari again. More to come, so make sure to follow me on there! Here is a $10 coupon for you: CLICK!

The third book I want to share with you is: Know Yourself - A Book of Questions! This book will definitely help to get to know yourself better. I am actually planning on doing a YouTube series with it, so all my followers can get to know me better as well :) so if you haven't done so yet, subscribe to my channel HERE.
This little book is currently on sale on Amazon for $7.99 - get it HERE!
Part-book, part-game, this collection of 165 insightful questions is a fun, surprising path to deeper self-knowledge.
Questions to inspire you to reflect, questions to reveal memories and ideas, questions to tap into your sense of adventure, and questions to point the way to your inner strength. This whimsical illustrated collection presents a wonderfully unexpected way to learn more about yourself, a friend, or a loved one.
- What do you think about before you fall asleep?
- What’s the wildest thing you’ve ever done?
- When have you stood up for yourself?
Best of all, there are no right answers—only the imperative to stay curious, honest, and open.
So if you are in desperate need of some self reflection, me time, or if you are trying to live a more mindful life, I hope you'll like my suggestions. If you have any books or activities you want to share, feel free to leave them in the comments!
