It was awesome! Good music, sunshine... Now I feel great!
Working out on a regular basis is part of my new life now. I started kickboxing and do that 2-3 times a week. I LOVE it cause it's the best workout I've ever had!
If I feel like it I go for a run at the park close to my house a couple of times/week, too.
Since I'm not taking Prozac for almost 2 months now, a healthy lifestyle and working out is helping me a lot to keep my mood up and focus on the good things. I'm proud I'm medication free now :)
Since I wanna get rid off all these extra pounds the meds made me gain, I'm on a diet now. So today I just had shrimps and a cheese sandwich for lunch and after the run a protein shake for dinner. Plus tons of water during the day.
I hope I'll look how I used to look about 2 years ago again soon...
