3rd day in the 100s // Recipe to cool you down!

It's hot in Germany... Today is the 3rd day in a row we will have temperatures in the 100s. Which wouldn't be all bad, cause I LOVE the heat! BUT: AC is pretty uncommon in Germany. Sitting at my office now and it's already about 90F in here. Last night the outside temperature didn't go below 73F. I had the fan next to my pillow. Living on the top level of a 150+ year old house sucks. And what's wrong with this cat?? She still wants to cuddle up. Ugh.

So I want to repost one of my favourite summer recipes! Enjoy!

I was wondering why you didn't have AC?

This looks like such a great recipe and so cool. It's hot here in Florida so I know the feeling.
