Around 4 hours of sleep. That's it. My body won't give me any more lately.
I go to bed tired.
The alarm makes me wake up tired.
Coffee makes me feel ok from 8am till 11am.
I can hardly focus. I have to write down every little to-do, so I won't forget it.
I work.
I go home.
I have dinner.
I have a phone date with my Schatzi.
After that, I would be ready to go to bed again.
At 8pm. Latest.
But I try to stay awake. I go to the gym. Or read. Watch TV. Do laundry or clean the house.
But every minute hurts. I don't have any energy.
I hope everything will go back to normal again. Soon.
Ah, I'm so sorry to read that you're currently going through a rough patch.
ReplyDeleteHave you tried to get into a bedtime routine? Perhaps 30 minutes of yoga, a warm shower and tea?
