Yes, there is something like a National “Take Your Cat on an Adventure” Day! It's going to be on June 15th. I didn't even know that!
If you are an avid reader of my little blog, you sure know about my cat Coco. If you don't know about her Coconess yet, here's a little curriculum vitae:
I adopted Coco 13 years ago at a shelter in Germany. She was 2 years old back then. I was going through a rough time, and my doctor suggested having a pet would be a huge help to get back on track, mastering my daily life again. Kinda like a reason to get up every day. Yea, I was in a very dark place back then. My landlord only allowed cats, so I went to our local shelter in Trier, Germany, being ready to adopt the biggest cat they have. Like, as close to a dog as possible!
There she was... laying in a little hammock, chillin in the sunlight. It was love at first sight. And yes, she was a little on the chubbier side back then already. So it's not my fault she looks the way she looks today!
We've been roommates ever since then. We've moved across the country, and 2.5 years ago: Across the big pond. If THIS isn't "Taking Your Cat on an Adventure" - tell me, what is? You can read everything about the big move HERE.
Coco is a trooper! Even though she's an older lady, she pretty much chilled through the whole relocation process. But let's face it: Coco is old. Coco is overweight. And she has some urinary tract issues. I want her to stay with me as long as even possible. I want her to be able to go on as many adventures as possible with me! Nutrition is a major thing. So I did some research, and switched to Purina Pro Plan a few months ago. It's very easy to find the right food for your cat. Have you ever tried the "Purina myPlan"?
Just go HERE, answer a few questions about your cat, and you will get an expert recommendation on the best Purina formula for your cat and receive $5 off!
