Let's face it: There were a whole bunch of disscuss-able topics on this season. And I'm not only talking DeMario (on "The Bachelorette" AND "Bachelor in Paradise").

My go to guys would have been Kenny or Dean. Kenny, because of the way he is treating his daughter and being a very warm hearted guy. And Dean - heck, the episode when we were introduced to his little dysfunctional crazy family, especially his dad - man, I feel your pain!

So last night was the night. The finale. I'm currently at home, the flu got me bad, so I was sitting on the couch by myself, drinking ginger tea, and the fact I haven't really interacted with a human being since Saturday might have added up to me being all in my feelz y'all.
Let's discuss the top 3 though:
Eric.
I never bought his "I've never been in love and I never brought a girl home" bs. He really tried too hard, and in my opinion this not very thought through story is what made Rachel back off in the end. I mean, why would he all of a sudden be in love? After - how many weeks? Why does he need a TV show to fall in love? It's just all too weird... So nah, I was glad when she kicked his little butt.Peter.
Brutally honest, and that's what I dig. I sure was surprised Eric didn't get a rose that night! But I admired Peter's honesty not rushing into marriage, just because of Rachel's pressure. And probably the whole production's pressure. Of all the guys, he seemed to be the most sincere. And I'm sure in the long run Rachel will realize he would have been the best pick......but instead she's going to live a mediocre life with (had to steal Peter's words here):
Seriously how does people choose a ring over love?
ReplyDeleteIts good to be practical but starting out we need the love.great reading.
