Last Minute Halloween Costume Ideas under $40

Ooops, Halloween is just a few days away - and I bet you don't have your costume yet! I had to get something put together within MINUTES yesterday, since I was named a judge in a costume contest at our annual "Boo at the Pool" about 2 hours before the event started. So I rushed into Walmart since I only had about 45 minutes after work to find something AND put it on before heading to the pool.

I have spent $38 on the veil, cape, tutu and stockings. If I had more time I would have sure checked out Amazon. They have an awesome selection and thanks to Amazon Prime, the costume would have been here in no time. Oh well. Maybe I will get another costume for our office Halloween on the 31st.

Long story short - I don't want YOU to spend $40 on mediocre things that you randomly put together, so here is a list of pretty awesome costumes. ALL under $40.

I LOVE the inflatable ones! Aren't they fun??
