The biggest change might probably be this:
Yep, I am officially married to the love of my life now! It was just us at the court house. We will celebrate with my friends and family in Germany next year. I hope you understand that I don't share any more pictures. It was a really private moment, just the 2 of us.
My friend Laura made us this awesome wedding "cake" :oD isn't it great? I met Laura at a local coffee shop during the world cup. We were watching the finals together (which Germany won, just in case you don't remember LOL). While talking we found out we are both from Trier, Germany, PLUS: our sisters back in Germany work together. Life is crazy sometimes!!!! Well, we are super duper happy we found each other! It's so crazy... Be both "end up" in this little town in southern Arkansas...of all places...
Well ... anywho...
M and I did manage it to sneak away for 3 days after the wedding to have a mini Honeymoon. Since it was on both of our bucket lists, we decided to drive down to New Orleans, Louisiana. It was a wonderful drive through 3 states.
How beautiful is America? I was speechless a couple of times. We left super early, before sunrise! So on our way I've managed to take this picture:
Congratulations!
