Christine... I think we started following each other via Dalai Lina´s wonderful website?
I love Christine´s blog. Her thoughts. Her honesty.
During my whole life I always got along way easier with people who actually had a LIFE, experienced something, whose life wasn´t always an easy one. You know what? I´ll just copy & paste her "About" on here. And you guys gonna go check out her blog anyways, right? :o)

"At age 13, she was diagnosed with a skin disease that left her face severely scarred. By 19 she worked as a nude exotic dancer and by 21 was a full-blown drug addict.

Twenty years and many life lessons later (including cancer in 2006 and 2010),
Christine is happy to have survived it all.

A member of The National Association of Memoir Writers (NAMW), Christine is currently working on her memoir about life as an exotic dancer in her hometown of Waikiki.

Her published work can be found in The Moment: Wild, Poignant, Life-Changing Stories from 125 Writers and Artists Famous & Obscure, SMITH Magazine, Guide to Literary Agents, Scribd, Salon.com, Open Salon and Anaheim Examiner. Interviews include Power Women Magazine, National Association of Memoir Writers (Memoir Writer of the Month), Dave Ursillo (Renegade Spotlight), and LA Talk Radio.

Her excerpts, Welcome to the Jungle and State of Mind became instant features on the popular publishing site Scribd and she earned Rising Author spots in September and December 2010.

As noted in her guest column for Chuck Sambuchino's
Guide to Literary Agents website, Christine is an avid supporter of equal rights. She is a member of celebrity photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley's NOH8 Campaign and founded Another way to say it Greetings, a greeting card project that caters to her friends of the GLBT community.

A Honolulu native, Christine brings her love of the coast to California where she has lived since 1996."

Christine, I can´t wait to read your memoir! Smooches to CA!

Jess is an awesome blogger from VA, but now living in THE state: California!
I love her blog, her stories about her family, especially the ones about little Wyatt. I know who to hit up as soon as I have my own kids! :oD

Jess isn´t just a great blogger, we also share our profession (i guess?):
Take a look at her great artworks!

Another great and honest blogger! And another big fat smooch to CA!
Keep up the great work and "Keep calm and carry on" when it comes to the terrible twos ;o)

Sophiasa
A wonderful blog, featuring fashion, jewelry, "fit fridays" and nice little stories
about her cute family! Sarah is an awesome person, and all the jewelry you see on her outfit posts are hand made (by Sarah, of course!) and could be yours one day soon!
She´s currently working on her shop, so make sure to bookmark her blog to get the latest updates!

Sarah, I hope we´ll meet one day!
Love & Smooches to MI!

I´m a huge fan of Gaby´s blog for a long time now!
And the day I won the Shabby Apple giveaway on there I really freaked out - in a good way :oD!
It´s one of my favorite blogs I keep checking out every day, even if there are no new posts.
She recently relaunched the whole site and now you have easy and quick access to several topics, like style (AWESOME style!), crafting, cooking... BTW "cooking" - her delicious "Jalapeno Mac & Cheese With Pretzel Crumbs" recipe made it into our family cookbook :)
M & I might be FAT by the end of the year if we keep eating it!
Try it, you´ll get hooked up as well. Yep, promise!

Gaby, your blog is really heart-warming :)
Smooches to NYC!

thisfreebird.
"My name is Carrie and I am a tea drinking, cat rescuing (and loving!)..." That´s the first few words of Carrie´s "About Me" section on blogger. And I was like "Huh?! That´s me!" :oD
Well besides the name of course, you smartasses :oD!!!
I love here style and outfit posts, the recaps of "The Bachelor" made me laugh my butt off, I´m jealous that she lives where my heart is (California....nuff said!).

Carrie, so far I was a pretty quiet reader as far as I remember - but I love your blog!
Keep the great work up, I love your posts!
Smooches to CA!
