I am struggling with my weight again since I quit smoking. I was always active, but after about 6 months of being smoke-free, I started gaining weight - about 50 lbs in total. Of course the 3 herniated discs making me stop working out for quite a while added up to this.Yep, bummer. But I am super proud I made it through one year already! Having a few extra pounds is still much healthier than smoking almost 1 pack of cigarettes a day.
As you could probably see in my posts lately, I am on a good workout routine again! So I am starting from "zero" now, using this app as my training program.
