Hello and HAPPY MONDAY! 
Are you ready for Christmas? I am. 
And we just got the most relieving message in a long time: Our HUGE box with Christmas presents for literally everyone in Germany, Family and extended Family, made it after being lost for 6 long weeks. Friday I even filed a claim, since the tracking stopped right here in El Dorado. Well, thanks to the smartpants who missed to scan it! Biiiiiastard! But now it arrived, and my sister will hopefully be able to pick it up at M's friend's house. Wowzers. I'm happy!!
Our weekend was full of football, relaxing, eating pizza, and oh I forgot, M got sworn in and is now officially a policeman! I'm super proud of him!
On the football note: Sorry for all you 49ers fans out there but DARN WHAT A GAME!!! Go Bolts! I was close to a heart attack watching the game, and ended up with a bloody hand and an accidentally knocked down Captain America picture. He is well though and my hand will heal. Just happy my team won. Whoop whoop.

Three Good Things! // Yes, again!

Here we go again! I'm happy Jess keeps this great LinkUp going. Lately I read so much negativity on the interwebs... So I love to share 3 good things with you guys every once in a while!

My 3 good things today are:

• Today was officially the last day of M's "Man Cave" in our life. A company came over at 7AM to pick up the old kitchen and trash. Means: I had to get up at 5:30AM today (= ok, not a good thing). But I'm so happy this chapter is over! No more wasting money on rent! No more fights with his "roomie". Aaaaaaah, I like! Now keep your fingers crossed we will get most of the deposit back. (FYI: They might keep a lil bit though, cause I forgot to take off  the lamps (???) and we left a few "scratches" in the kitchen wall...Pfffft!)

•  M made it safe to Arkansas! It took about 24 hours longer than planned, but now he's safe with his parents and taken good care of ;o)

• I am really enjoying my time alone right now! Watching "Sex and the City", reading a lot, cleaning, laundry with my top notch new washing machine, painting my toenails in different colors every day, listening to girly music (J-Lo), eating healthy and not so healthy food... Anni-Time is awesome! (the "I-miss-my-man-really-bad-and-I'm sad-time" might kick in any day though")
