Hello and Guten Tag!
If you work(ed) today: skip this first part cause I don´t want you to be jealous ;o), cause I had a WONDERFUL Wednesday. I slept in (9:30am), had coffee
(yep, a lot of coffee), watched crappy TV shows
(thank God I have a job and don´t have to watch this stuff every day!)...
Around 12 M picked me up and we went to the car wash. It was a whole lot of work, but it was worth it! The car looks brand new inside and outside. And we had a lot of fun! But guess which song is stuck in my head all day? Yep, this one:

After that we went home, I made lunch, we ate, M hit the books and I went to the POOL! Oh my God, was I laaaaazy! Laying in the sun, reading, taking an ice cold shower from time to time to cool off a bit... It was really nice and relaxing. I even got a tan! Yay!
Now I´m back home, making some jelly out of the little yellow plums. But since the dishwasher isn´t done yet, and all the mason jars are in there, I´m taking a break and entertaining you all with this post.
I´ve promised to post some more pictures of the stuff I brough from the house, so here goes part 2:
Caddies! The red and blue ones were in my parents' kitchen forever. Seriously, I bet they are way older than me! The silver one is really heavy! I was surprised when I picked it up! And the "Australian Outback Tea" my uncle brought about 20 years ago from one of his trips around the world. I love caddies! Now I have a few!
I´m looking forward to tomorrow as well. Another day of sleeping in, maybe a bike trip, then going to M´s place for a little bit. And at 7pm I´ll go to bible class. Since our pastor and his wife are going back to Texas next week (for good), we decided to all meet up at a park/Biergarten downtown Nuremberg, to have a picknick together and have the bible class outside.
I´m really sad Pastor Bill and Jackie are leaving... They are such wonderful people! I hope when M & I go to Texas in February, we will stop by in Waco to visit them. Thank God for internet! Makes it easier to stay in touch.
But: I´m really excited to meet the new pastor and his wife in September, too. We are a pretty small church, so we just have pastors volunteering for 3 months. I hope one day we´ll have a permanent pastor, too.
I hope you all had a wonderful Wednesday as well? Keep your fingers crossed the jelly turns out yummy :o)
xoxo
