Yay! It was: Masking-tape! I was so happy when I opened the bag! My sis sure reads my blog ;o) and knows about my masking tape addiction.
I immediately knew what I wanted to pimp: The blue vases I bought at IKEA a while ago for 1 Euro each (if not even cheaper?). But the blue glass looks so 90s!
So a few minutes and a few inches of masking-tape later, I had the following result (which I LOVE by the way and even M said it looks nice!):
